RETURNS AT RÉVVI

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. At RÉVVI, you can return products up to 30 days after receipt, provided they meet our return conditions.

Would you like to exercise your legal right of withdrawal? You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Easily register your return or withdrawal using the button below.

RETURN CONDITIONS

· Products are unused and in their original packaging
· Products have not been opened (for hygiene reasons)
· The return is registered within 30 days after receipt

Please note: opened or used products cannot be accepted for return.

HOW DO YOU REGISTER A RETURN?

Send an email to info@revvi.eu with:

· your order number
· the reason for return (optional)

You will then receive the return instructions.

RETURN COSTS

The costs of returning the product are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

REFUND

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used for the original payment.

In the case of a full return, you will also receive a refund of the standard shipping costs of your original order, if applicable.

We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notification. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that they have been returned.

EXCHANGES

Would you like to try a different product? Simply place a new order and return the original product according to our return policy. This allows us to help you as quickly as possible.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED?

Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt via info@revvi.eu. We will provide a suitable solution.

GOOD TO KNOW

Our products are developed for use before, during and after sports activities. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days after receipt, provided the product meets our return conditions.

Which products can I return?
You can return products if they are:

· unused
· in their original packaging
· unopened

For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

How does returning work?
Click the Register Return button above on the page and fill in your details in the form. You will then receive the return instructions.

Do I need to provide a reason?
No, this is not required. However, your feedback helps us improve our products.

Who pays the return costs?
The costs of return shipping are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

When will I receive my refund?
We will refund you via the same payment method after we have received and checked your return. In the case of withdrawal, the refund will be issued no later than 14 days after notification, whereby we may wait until the product has been received back.

Can I exchange a product?
Would you like a different product? Place a new order and return the old product.
