During use, the gel may be experienced as warm or very warm, which indicates active stimulation of the skin.

The gel should be used a maximum of two times per day and only on dry and clean skin. Massage a maximum of three finger thickness into the desired area and allow the product to absorb fully. Do not use before or after a shower, bath or sauna visit. Wash hands thoroughly after application.
